• Medical Vault: Uploaded vet records, certificates, and medical notes (securely encrypted).
• Community Interactions: Posts, comments, and "likes" within the Furri Pack community forum.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the app to help us improve the interface.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to:

• Provide real-time health tracking and preventative care reminders.
• Personalize your experience based on your pet's unique species and breed.
• Facilitate community discussions and support.
• Send important service updates and curated pet care tips via email.
• Improve the performance and features of the Furri application.

Note: We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption. We utilize Firebase (a platform by Google) for secure data persistence. Sensitive documents in your Medical Vault are protected with additional layers of security to ensure only you have access.

We work with a limited number of trusted partners to deliver our services:

• Brevo: For managing our waitlist and sending welcome/update emails.
• Firebase: For authentication and database management.
• Stripe/PayPal: For future premium subscription processing (we never store credit card details).

You have full control over your data. You may:

• Access and export your pet's health history at any time.
• Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data via our Account Deletion page.
• Update or correct any information within the app settings.
